"Organization Procedure"
The supreme body is the main body in each body, which has a capacity of 11 members.
The President is elected by the Supreme Body, and the President and the Supreme Body jointly elect the General Secretary.
Honorable President in consultation with the General Secretary appoints the Vice Presidents, Organizing Secretary, Secretaries and Treasurer.

"Council Administrator"
The name of the committee consisting of President, Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Secretaries and Treasurer is Council Body.

If a body dissolves, it must be reconstructed within thirty to forty days of dissolution.
A contribution of Rs. 100 per month is mandatory for all members as per their extent.
Those who agree with the aims and objectives of the Board and possess Indian citizenship are eligible to join the Bihar Welfare Association.
